@@JaredittonGaming In the NA instruction booklet, the Japanese booklet calls him protagonist. The name Benjamin has been adopted everywhere now in miscellaneous FF spinoffs.

The instrumentation of the background staccato reminds me of the xylophone in "Encounter Elite", the boss battle theme from Sea of Stars. Something about its punchy sound made me think of it. It's funny because since I began typing this comment, I went back and listened to that track, and I don't really hear it as much anymore 😅In any case, very nice work!

Well in game lore has him considered "Super-Human" compared to most other humans. If I remember correctly, he came from a mountain tribe of secluded Templar style knights. All of which, save for Benjamin, were killed by the monster attack and the mountainside collapse that followed.

Pazuzu. The trick is, use it to heal yourself or just regular weapon attacks. The shield move reflects magic spells back on you painfully lol.

Why do i see a remake happening where when you fight a boss, instead of sprites or big pictures, the fight is with Polygonal models, with epic fly by camera shots of the fight? WITH THIS PIECE OF MUSIC TO SHOW HOW HARD YOU HAVE TO FIGHT!?

I was a huge fan of Final Fantasy back in the day. ( Still kind of am but FF 13 really knocked that out of me.. 12 had some issues as is but 13 was the deathknell for me. ) I still do not get why people hated Mystic Quest soo much. I liked it and I think it deserved more than it got.
