I remember this one. When I was a kid I played many games on computer (I don't have it anymore), and I always enjoyed the music especially. I love imagining scenarios with some wonderful music and this soundtrack definitely made it worth it.

The recent Sonic game (Sonic Frontiers) has been compared to the early 2010's Sonic games/fangames by the Sonic community. To be specific, the Final Fantasy Sonic X fangame series (To be even more specific, FFSX 6) have been in the spotlight of the fandom recently because of the nostalgia it gives many people, including me. The scene in Sonic Frontiers that was compared to FFSX 6 is (spoiler alert) ...the finishing blow to the boss known as "Knight". The scene has Super Sonic using a big red sword, which is probably the big trigger of nostalgia for people. At least it was for me.
