I love Final Fantasy VI!
I was looking for some sheet music on musescore.com and I stumbled upon a full orchestral arrangement of Balance is restored, a beautiful and the longest VGM theme ever done.
Since did not exist a full orchestral version (Distant worlds' one was only 5 minutes long), I decided to do a collab version of it!
I took several months in managing and editing audio and video, but finally here it is, I hope you enjoy it!

Actually cried listening to Terra’s part. FFVI is such a masterful story because it’s not about a shining hero single-handedly breaking enemies apart, but how everyone’s been ruffed up by life, how all of these characters had plenty reason to isolate and blame others, and still they chose to work together to heal even when their entire world got ruined. I don’t know, seeing musicians coming together across the internet to pay it tribute was beautiful. Godspeed, heroes.

Terra's part gets me every time too! If they ever remade the game from the ground up, I'd actually like to see several scenes of her talking to her dad's magicite. I think it would be a neat way to give her more of a relationship with her dad that way as she tries to understand herself more.

This is amazing! I've been waiting 27 years for an orchestral version of the character medley, but the official concert tours continue to overlook it. Yes, the Locke/Celes part is part of the FFVI "Character Medley", and the second half with the credits and Setzer's theme is covered in "Balance is Restored", but I wanted the character roll call, dangit! I always love how Celes' theme and Locke's theme blend together (starting #6:50) and how Relm's theme transition to a minor key before going into Shadow's theme... (might confuse people if they skip all the inn scenes) Damn... I can see how much work was put into this... Amazing work

Thank you so much! Yes, a 23 minutes pieces would be hard to listen in Distant world concert, and to prepare for musicians. And final strings section part is almost unplayable, and almost impossible to do it perfectly synced between all string players 😂 These, I think, are the main causes :D

I have to echo the other comments here. I have been waiting an unbelievably long time to hear an orchestrated version of this track (I daresay the best in an already brilliant soundtrack). I was so incredibly ecstatic to hear about the Pixel Remaster because finally I would get my wish. Then I go and search on KZbin for the track to be able to listen to it, and I find this. Incredible.
