I still remember the feeling I had hearing this play on the world map in place of the ruined world theme. It felt like a desolate, dead world had hope. Made me feel determined to find my lost friends, and do everything we could to bring life back to a planet torn apart. This remix sums up those feelings. Great work.

This is probably my favorite song from the FF6 soundtrack, and in particular I always loved that sort of squarewave instrument that played the backing track you used the xylophone/chimes for. Something about it had that right feeling of "desperate, but determined and trying to maintain optimism" that really was the framework of the second half of the game. This mix is stellar, and I'm glad that you came back to share it with us. Please don't stop following your passion.

Super good. I love this song. Love the use of the horns, very grand feel, just like the emotion behind the setting of this song, If you're open to criticism, I just wished you used them more than at the finale. I found the single flutes on their own to be a bit underwhelming. Especially during the section B of the piece. In the game, there's that percussive bass with the syncopated rhythm that feels like the track is still moving along. There's less of that in this arrangement and I was missing it. The orhcestration in that final return to Section A was really great though, best part of the whole thing imo.

This is a very hard song to cover. I generally think if you're going to cover a song, you should get creative with it. These note-for-note covers don't do it for me, its just a photocopy...no a phonocopy! However, creativity with this particular song is a fine line to walk. I think you did a really good job with it. I've enjoyed many of your arrangements of FF songs over the years so thank you for it.
