I love the way you arranged this song -- the opening is haunting and gives me shivers every time. It's my FAVORITE version of one of my favorite FFVII songs. It has the perfect amount of tempo and I can hear the amount of emotion you put in the piece as you play it. It isn't a robotic play through as if you were reading the sheet music but rather a passionate display of music. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Just something came to mind when you said this was simple. It doesn't mean that songs that with slower tempo are easy! I first got to know you through your FFVII tribute and I love it that all your songs there are similar in style to this. Dan wipes his eyes, and stands up, focusing only on the piano, and strides towards it, trying to ignore everything else. He sits down on the bench, and rests his fingers on the keys, and began to play. The notes seem to drift in the stale air, and the lump in his throats was making it hard to breathe. He thought he was going to be able to finish the song, until he looked up, and caught a glance of the coffin again. Then, the notes faded away, leaving only crushing silence and the pain he hadn't felt in years... "Goodbye Phil. This was the most fun I've ever had."
