This is my cover of Aerith's Theme from the Japanese RPG Final Fantasy VII (FF7). It is inspired by the Piano Collections and the Orchestra versions of the song, and features my own orchestral arrangement, with added guitar, bass and drums.
FFVII is a very dear game to me. I put all my heart in this interpretation of one of the most emotional pieces from its original soundtrack, and did my best to make it as epic as possible. This video features footage from Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, mostly pulled from an intimate dialogue scene between Cloud and Aerith in chapter 14 of the game. I'm sure all the Clerith fans out there will appreciate it ;)
Original song composed by Nobuo Uematsu (Final Fantasy VII OST, published by Square Enix, 1997). Cover arranged, recorded and mixed by Sloen.
Performed on a Casio Privia PX-770 piano, a Strandberg Boden Original NX8 8 string guitar, and an ESP LTD F-104 bass.
Video shot on a Canon EOS 700D camera with an EF 50mm f/1.4 USM lens and a DJI RS3 Mini gimbal.

This a 4K remaster of the original video, which suffered from really bad compression on KZbin. The previous version has been delisted. You should find this one looks much crisper :) Let me know if you'd like me to make more 4K remasters of my published videos!

Just finished Rebirth and the part of the original and came to look at some scenes from the original that I missed in 'that' moment. And then found this. This is a good way to send off this game.
