This song is one of the more underrated bangers of the Final Fantasy VII OST. Fantastic arrangement, and super cool that you're using multi-tracking to cover it! Glad to see that the brace on your left wrist isn't necessarily required anymore, and I hope you're doing well! This is by far my favourite piece of the FFVII soundtrack. The eerie atmosphere foreboding of what has been done, and what will be done, within the confines of the area this plays in. I always thought that this track couldn't be done justice without the synthesizer underlying it to give it that alien feeling, but not only did you singlehandedly string up that assumption of mine, you managed to outclass the original for me. I'm glad I found this channel, and that you've arranged this particular track. Thank you.

Definitely one of my favorites here. I never thought I'd hear a pure harp version of this and I'm still awake for this. (5am) This takes me back to getting that feeling of seeing Aerith (Aeris) slept for good. What's interesting is the very first time I played it I had no idea she was about to yield to cold steel before our very eyes. Upon re-listening to this, you can so hear her getting sliced up to it. It's very forshadowing. When you also think about her theme with a bit of sadness involved, it just brings those two tracks together very well. This is like Aerith's death theme really. Beautifully played, incredible rendition of one of my FFVII favourites 👍I love the way this one hovers somewhere between 3/4 and 6/8, like an auditory illusion - you can switch between the two different feels at will, it's so cool. I didn’t play FFVII until 2016 after I’d gotten into gaming, so I already knew a couple things about Aeris from Internet spoilers. I think that this song is the reason why I didn’t like the Forgotten City very much. It’s such a cool zone, and I should have liked it, but I think it was this song that kept me from enjoying it. The eerieness was too palpable. I had a horrible feeling about what was next the entire time I played through the zone… and I was right. 😭 That being said, your cover is so great at capturing that feeling, it’s just impressive! Thank you!
