@Yikak4 In the upper left corner of the map you'll see a location called Deep Sea Research Facility. Land the Ragnarok and head inside. Only mov ehwne the big blue light is not glowing and talk to it. Say the replied in this order 1,2,3. (The third one is invisible). You'll fight three Ruby Dragons (Degenerator no?) and then Bahamut. My advice is a decent Meltdown/Renzokuken/Duel combination though Irvine's Demolition Ammo works wonders.

Diabolos's attack is gravity based, so you cant actually finish your opponent with that. Bahamut's attack is not based on any element. It's not quite as powerfull as some others, but it's damage is not suffering from elemental resistances.

The first 4 balls of fire from the official guide called them Emag (elemental break) downs to actually brake the enemies barrier to magic then he would do mega flare to end it.
