Final Fantasy VIII Summon: Pandemona

Note: This vid isn't mine, nor am I claiming it to be. I found it on a website that had a bunch of Final Fantasy videos. I can't remember the link, however. It's been too long.

Note that the video originally went by the Japanese name of the summon, Pandemonium, but I decided to change it back to the US name due to confusion.

In the JP version of the game, she (it's a she?) was called Pandemonium.

So this is why RPG designers try not to deviate from cliche's and archetypes for summons (angels, mermaids, dragons, birds, sea serpents ect) When they do, they end up with creepy, ugly shit like this, multiple orificed, colostomy bagged, fraggle rock haired abomination.
