Final Fantasy X Bevelle Temple Cloister of Trials

Well, time for some more fun with the Cloister of Trials, this time it's in the Bevelle Temple. This is a pretty annoying Cloister, probably the most annoying. Basically you're on a moving platform of sorts and you make brief stops to pick up the needed Sphere's. Unlike the other Cloisters, you actually need the Destruction Sphere to move forward to the Chamber of the Fayth. And even though you use the Destruction Sphere, you may still miss the treasure on the last screen, but when following this video, you'll see the solution. I'll let the video instruct the rest.

With a long hard struggle. Completed this game many times over the years and still had to come back to use a guidance video. It took me over an hour to do this trial when I first played the game.

Thank God there are no random encounters inside the temples. Can you imagine doing all this while constantly having your thinking interrupted by battles?

yeah but it would be easy anyway, you could just use Tidus flee ability, but its helluva annoying when u are following the roads and those encounters are spamming like batshit crazy every other step you take :P

That's one thing that I hate in the game. Final Fantasy 10 has a linear story, no open world (I still havent finished it, so maybe there is open world?) and it's too hard to train, specially because there are no levels. They could have made everything simple like they did in ps1 series, but no, they had to "innovate". Anyway, the 10 is the only good one for ps2, 10-2 is a crap, 11 is online (Doesnt count) and 12 has great music, but is only a little good... it could be even better. That's my point of view.

Inu Yasha actualy, later in the game u can be able to teleport to any save station in the game,even the isle u can deserted on and meet wakka, and u will even find a Place where u can chose waht enemies to fight so u can level up all spheres on all chars, the only thing i Think sux was the thing i mentioned, they encounter every other step u take while following roads.

First one was the only cool one for me honestly as the concept seemed different, but pretty simple. After that, que increasing complexity and their tedious and often arbitrary nature ended up forcing me to look up guides. Probably the only mark I have against this game are the temples.

I can deal with the other ones, but this one has a special hatred in my heart. And yes, I'm about to do it again since I'm replaying the game... so...damn.

3:35 So THAT's where I messed up. I never thought that was able to be walked over; I always tried to push the pillar there, then tried mixing and matching sphere locations to try to get it to work when it failed. This video was real helpful, thanks!

I played this on the switch and here are some more tips. You can hold a sphere, you don’t have to put it on the pedestal to travel. So you can cut this down even more because you can travel with 3. Thanks for this. It was driving me crazy and in order to implement this I had to go find where I put the spheres.

Cheers for this I remember you were forced to use the destruction sphere to get through but I also remember the frustration of hitting the arrows to correctly go where you need as you made the same mistake I did and did a detour HD version looks a bit better over PS2 version now lol. Loved the PS2 era for game like these shame PS3 and 4 don't have as many RPGs

From an aesthetics perspective, this place is awesome. From a gameplay perspective, it's absolutely atrocious. Who decided it would be a good idea to force to player to navigate by flying platforms!?
