Basically because I don't need it. Break HP Limit doesn't have any real benefits to it, more so in the US version where you don't have Dark Aeons or Penance. The toughest battle I deal with in the US version is Nemesis, and as you can see in my video, I didn't need Break HP Limit.

is there a specific reason for you not having HP Limit break?
