Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age OP Before Osmone P25 (Ensanguined Shield)

The Ensanguined Shield is hard to spawn without any RNG manipulation.
It has a 1% chance of spawning, but once it does it will always contain the shield. Once claimed it will not respawn. It requires a lot of zoning.

It has a 3% chance of spawning, not 1%, and you said 95, not 90. I was really expecting a video on how to do some RNA for it.
