Whenever I see stuff like this, my head canon is that this particular warrior of light is just severely autistic. Like they're incredibly strong and talented, but they just can't go outside unless they have their chocobo suit on. And the whole world just accepts them for who they are! So to me it's not immersion breaking, it's beautiful!

...Well the real lore for why I wore the suit in this video is because each session before our quest-synced dungeon I would troll my friends with non-serious outfits. I then accidentally left it on for the cutscene and this was produced.
