To avoid taking damage from the blizzard effect, I give Noctis 100% ice resistance via:
1) Ice Brand x1 (31%, Verinas Mart - Ravatogh)
2) Katana of the Rogue (25%, Story Mission)
3) Ice Crest x2 (30%, World Map)
Interestingly, this also nullifies damage from the Hvitrormr's poison rain attack.
Other restrictions:
No items
No food
