The scale and massiveness of the Eikon fights is one of the biggest highlights of Final Fantasy XVI. A game so awesome it deserves to be played by many more. The same equally goes for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.

Imagine this being your introduction to masayoshi soken...and i thought no-one could fill uematsu's shoes Id played most of the final fantasys but avoided the online ones because at my age i feel like i dont really have the time to invest sadly. Away is still by and far my favorite track on the OST. Yes, even more than Bahamut. Their is so much more meaning given to this piece in not onoy the narrative, but in the way the music swings up and down emotionally. Its still the only piece of music that sticks in my head when remembering this game. Joshua and Clive's brotherly bond will always stick with me the most from my playthrough of 16

I hated every single side quest, disliked the pacing and the zero rpg elements in the whole game, but god fucking dammit with the music and boss fights they really went over the fucking olympus and made a new god tier level on those. thank you Creative Business unit 3 and Masayoshi Soken.
