Final Fantasy XVI Is An Epic Masterpiece | Game Review - MattTGM

We're hardly halfway through the year, but my game of the year has already been decided. Final Fantasy XVI is a masterpiece that steps away from the norm of the Final Fantasy series, and it's all the better for it. In this video full of fanboying, I hope I can show you why I think that.

Nice review man, largely mirrors my thoughts no the game too. I really wish the actual activities during side quests were more engaging as I think the breakneck pace of the main narrative comes to a screaming halt so fast I'd end up with whiplash, but that's just a testament to how incredible the main narrative is. 10/10 would kill god again.

yep, it's divisive. the game definitely has some fair criticisms, but a lot of the hate is very unwarranted. and hey, it's my favourite game ever, so...
