Earlier in the season, when the team was struggling and the whole social media thing happened with his wife, there were Chelsea fans dogging Thiago Silva. Fans were criticizing him for being slow and washed up and calling for his departure. i had many arguments with quite a few of them because my position was that he was still our best defender. It's funny how he got benched after that little incident and his return to the lineup was a significant factor in our last push over the past 5 or 6 games.
