The lead instrument reminds me of Skitchin/Fifa 95. Not a big fan of it but it works. The other instruments sound really good and faithful to the original, dat bass. Nice work overall, i was waiting for a genesis Final Fight cover.

The drums are indeed from the Genesis port of Mercs, except for the crash cymbal, which is the original FF one.

Sounds way better than the snes version. Is it possible to redo the snes and make it a bit more accurate to the arcade. Hell redo all the tracks on snes, and do all for sega if you can. Like your work dude.

Thanks :) Yeah, it would be possible, by using different samples. I haven't got any SNES ones though.

McQueen8601 There's a SNES VST called C700 that you can use with FL studio and import instruments from .spc soundtracks that you download from SNESmusic.org I think it would be amazing if you arranged it for the SNES using instruments from the Ninja Warriors! (Or Final Fight 3, that would also be pretty cool)

You could just listen to the CPS2 remix of it, since the CPS2 sound chip is similar to the SNES

XD lástima que contados juegos le sacaron el jugo al chip de sonido del génesis, con amor se pueden hacer cosas geniales como esto, aunque con esta calidad de música probablemente no quede espacio para el juego. lol

Muchos (no pocos) juegos se oyen genial en Genesis Y por el lado de la memoria no es música sampleada sino FM y Psg (solo son samples la batería) así que no es mucha memoria lo que se gasta... El resto se ejecuta por código en tiempo real

Hay montones de juegos que usan excelente los chips del Genesis, lo que pasa es que el audio de muchos de los populares juegos de la consola fueron hechos con pereza o por gente inexperta (Juegos de EA, Accolade, compañias asi). Si te gusta el audio de las arcades (como este de Final fight) el Genesis comparte basicamente el mismo tipo de audio. Y de hecho al no ser samples (salvo las percusiones) usa muy muy poca memoria del cartucho. Esta misma cancion es posible que pese varias veces mas en datos en el SNES a comparacion de aqui, es lo bueno de trabajar con chips de audio sintetizado, son datos y la consola los interpreta. Date una vuelta a mi canal y ahi tengo montones de buena musica de Genesis y otros sistemas con chips de sonido similares. Todo eso que dicen de que "el genesis no suena bien" o cosas asi son solo propaganda en contra de la consola, pero si exploras el sistema te daras cuenta que no es verdad.
