@@societyGUN it's good, HP scaling got buffed. It basically heals more while also giving more damage. The pool is a good engage and dissengage tool for vlad.

True but learn this, riot don't call a champ "late game champ" due their are logical weak in early game and strong in late game, the late game champ for riot are who is easily to gank in lane in fase... Look like Vayne, Cassio, Rize, anivia, so their are just super good in 1v1, but almost never got a nerf, becouse for riot their are still late game champ...
