You could've still saved that Oil well, because primary sources stop the timer the moment they start producing (& shipping) their stuff, but nothing has to be even picked up from them yet.

@collinswangira9756 the game wouldn't allow that...each industry only works if there is demand for it, and on a random map, there is not enough demand for all industries, and chains.
