I was. Kyle Busch is literally a man of steel. it reminds me of that time Senna won at Interlagos in 1991. He drove with one hand and he nearly ran out of fuel. Nice to see he's still throwing Brexton in the air, I'm going to watch him race on Tuesday

Kyle Busch was STUCK in 4th gear! He was Lucky a caution never came out or he would be done for. And he pitted 1 lap later than Denny Hamlin did which contributed to this finish.

The moment Busch passed Hamlin, the entire front row went NUTS, some fans were literally climbing the barrier cheering on Mr, M&M’s.

My guess is that the more a driver pushes the car, the more gas it uses so Hamlin just couldnt make it.

They didn't really miscalculate. Those cars drink a lot of fuel, but can only carry so much. As the race progresses, they have to refuel, but, to save time, can only stop so many times. A win based on fuel comes down to how hard they drive (using up fuel), when they pit to refuel, and other hard-to-predict factors (tire wear, gear shifting, traffic, race delays, just plain luck, etc). In a tight race (seconds), one little factor in your favor can make all the difference.

Because it's so rare to see cases of two race leaders had to pit at final laps in European-based series (F1, DTM), they banned refueling now, but even during the era of refueling it was a rare case, so I thought of Byron and Hamlin team had miscalculation
