[FINAL] M8 Alpine vs G2 Stride | RLCS 2024 Major 1 | 30 March 2024

RLCS 2024 is the thirteenth season of the Rocket League Championship Series. This season features a revision of the previous two seasons' formats. 2 splits each have 3 open qualifier events leading into an international major. Within all these events, each team collects points that determine whether they will qualify for the World Championship.
RLCS 2024 Major 1 is taking place in Copenhagen, Denmark at K.B Hallen Arena.

The upper bracket was so much tougher than the lower, I think G2 would have definitely not made the final had they been placed against KC, Falcons or GenG, and obviously we know Gentlem8s beat them fairly comfortably, but you never know, maybe they might have, anything is possible..

@@TizzTv you could argue for the choice of words, perhaps lower bracket was the incorrect way to put it but, I coulda said other side of the bracket in the playoffs, either way the GM8s side of the bracket was much better than G2 side of the bracket.

They didn’t get owned by gentlemates. Mates came out hot from win against KC, and G2 was on break and came out slow. That is why mates went up 3 in a row before G2 could heat up. When they did u saw the match, 2 blow out games, took them to game 6 but it is very hard to reverse sweep

Now Gmates deserved to win but it was not like a complete blowout. In fact I could easily see G2 winning a rematch. Two very good teams.
