I adore Rihanna. I would do crazy things just to be in the same room as her. HUGE fan, but I am simply not impressed with these formulas. The fragrance seems like such a rookie mistake to include. Witch hazel is problematic for a lot of people. The cleanser seemed so basic. The coolest thing about this launch is the packaging :/ This makes my heart sad.
@BossyCK124 жыл бұрын
There’s no “one product for everyone” witch hazel is mainly problematic for dry skin. I’m sure later like she said in the video she’ll expand. As far as cleanser, as long as the cleanser isn’t drying to the skin, all cleansers are basic. I wouldn’t expect anything else from a cleanser.

Same. Can't use witch hazel at all, since it's a cross reactive allergy for birch allergy and anything fragrance in my skincare is a major no-no for me. I haven't checked out the rest of the ingredients, but it's something I'm probably not going to do, since I can't use it anyways.
@svogel64594 жыл бұрын
@@BossyCK12 The fragrance is still a huge problem though :-/ Like if they dropped those that would elevate the entire line from kinda bad to mediocre at least. Also nothing wrong with a basic (fragrance free...) cleanser, but this one costs over $20. The ingredients just do not justify this price at all

Unfortunately, it’s a no for me. My skin doesn’t like fragrance, or witch hazel. Formulations seem ok but not enough good for me to drop $ on it. I am looking at getting the glycolic acid 7% toning solution from the ordinary and also the lactic acid serum, but I’m not sure what to get. Would using a salicylic acid cleanser, a glycolic acid toner and a once a week AHA and BHA mask be too much for my skin? If so, what would you recommend I do? I can understand why it's added for it's benefits but It was equally balance through out the bottle with other hydrating ingredients, so I would say do a patch test and try it before canceling it, over one ingredients that doesn't take that much room. Unless syou allergic and everything than girl don't touch that fat water. Me personally, if you do use all three, witch hazel is not that bad, since every single bottle as hydrating ingredients. And stop hating on the KZbinr bc you was expecting her to trash talk the brand for witch hazel, it's really not that serious in a overall look over. If you just by the toner, you may have the issue, if you buy all 3, it may not be an issue.

The truth is the only reason this line is remotely getting good reviews is because it’s Rihanna. None of the products are better ingredient wise than even Kylie skin. If Kylie took out the same products, she’d be ripped to shreds. Sad to see influencers sell out like this. The desperation to stay on the PR list is real.
@FoodNinja124 жыл бұрын
Kylie also had shit ingredients and the way she promoted her stuff? Childish.
@taytayqueen70244 жыл бұрын
Cool Cat w/ Sunnies This line has mediocre-shit ingredients too. Just because you pop Niacinamide in some product doesn’t make it a good ingredient list. There is no scientific data backing the ‘fruit’ ingredients she uses in this line. The non sell out skincare you tubers are speaking to truth, unlike the sell out ones. And we can clearly see which is which this time.
@taytayqueen70244 жыл бұрын
Ava Go and actually compare the skincare ingredients between Rihanna’s line and Kylies line minus the walnut scrub and come back and tell me that. Compare the cleanser, toner and the moisturiser ingredients. It’s 2020 and we have to praise a skincare line for using non scientifically proven ‘fruit extracts’. No way. (psa, not a Kylie fan. I am simply pointing out the truth that if Kylie came out with this line, she would be shit own by these influencers. But since it’s Rihanna, they sell out instantly)

You sound like a hater 😭😭 and Rihanna ingredient is better than Kylies if you don’t want it don’t buy she’s gonna be good without your money
@taytayqueen70244 жыл бұрын
Felicia Adewunmi Ah yes. Being called a hater when I know for a fact that this line and it’s ingredients are sub par at best. Asked my dermatologist too, she gave it a hard pass. Whether you want to see it or not, the only reason public figures are giving this line a positive review is because they need to save face with the brand. There are literally a million other products on the market better than this line which makes purchasing this over others pointless. If you don’t want to acknowledge the bias, go ahead. But the truth is the truth whether you call it fenty or not 😂 Id rather be intelligent and keep my critical thinking abilities over being a slave fan.
