Tax Sparing Rule = yung tax na binabayaran nila dito sa Pinas is deductible in their country of domicile by at least 10%, then tax sparing rule applies.. 15% lang po ang final tax that the DC here in the Phil. will withhold. Thanks so much sir Tabag..
