Clarify ko lang po: 1. Based po sa definition ng De Minimis Benefits na facilities and privileges, such as entertainment.... Considered as De Minimis Benefits po ba ang free access to gym sa BPO companies? Yung mga on-site clinic? 2. Yung free uniform po ba is considered na as uniform allowance? 3. Sa CBA naman po at Productivity Incentives Schemes, for example, 8k po yung CBA tapos 5k yung Productivity Incentives Schemes, eh ang sabi po is kung yung total nun exceeds P10k, its entire amount ay sa Other Benefits. So yung total na 13k po is sa Other Benefits na? or yung 5k lang since considered sa De Minimis yung 8k CBA under BIR Ruling No. 293-2015? Or 3k portion ng Productivity Incentives lang po yung included sa Other Benefits (since 8k + 2k Productivity = 10k de minimis?)? Thank you po.

Good day sir....sa list of de minimis benefits, pwede po ba iapply ang 5 o higit pa sa isang empleyado para lang ma exempt sa tax? Halimbawa mag eexceed na 13th month niya, iapply nalang sa iba pang de minimis benefits....halimbawa kung 10 ang de minimis benefits, pwede ba iapply lahat yun sa isang empleyado? Ang purpose ay para lang ma exempt sa tax
