Hi Tim, new to using Finale. watched your videos, especially Writing drum notation. Question: regarding note shapes. For example, the snare drum cross-stick is shown as a note with a circle. How do you change that to an X (which is pretty standard). thankx for your great vids!!👌

Great tutorials ! I had two questions. First, how do a pick a playback spot from anywhere in the score that I'd like ? How could I highlight a section and loop it ? Besides transcribing songs the second reason was to learn how to play them as well and being able to slow down the music and read it while listening to it is a great practice tool. I cant figure how to do that in finale.

I use a Mac running Mojave. Finale 27.2 I don't see the save as template option you detailed.
