Always appreciate your videos. I am an agent with Farm Bureau and it has been a positive opportunity so far. Interesting point, we have a brokerage department and can write for many companies even as captive agents. Just an FYI.

How is farm bureau vesting policy? I possibly got an interview next week for a sub agent position

How's it working out so far, I'm thinking about joining premier financial alliance or possibly farm bureau

My friend applied at an insurance agency. She was already an agent. First thing they wanted to know was her Facebook reach and LinkedIn numbers. For them you had to have a very large social media footprint. How big us your Instagram following, etc? She had none, so the interview ended. Interesting don't you think?

Yup. Insurance has always been about working your warm market. Used to be they'd make you create what's called the Project 100, a list of all your contacts. Makes sense they are transitioning to social media, especially since face to face interaction is minimized for many. My question is... how do you get prospects once your contacts buy from you or put you on ignore for your constant "Buy From Me" spam?
