In this one in my opinion find a piece of ground with a fishing pond I would park it and use it as a destination place. Tear out that back top bunk remove the couch put a regular full side bed for a second bedroom. Great review as usual. Thanks

this - I am so sick of these RV's having all this space in back (or front) and no having a second bed and bath option. Its ALWAYS some abortion of a kids room instead.

I agree. I am spending a lot of time looking for one for hubby and me. Being older and both snorers we like our separate rooms, with ensuites would be fabulous. We want to use one as full time to use it as a base when we are not using our motorhome. Want one to leave on our daughters land to come home to during the winter and when we want too. Why can't designers think about elderly people's needs who want to down size? So few of these available in New Zealand

You did a nice job showing. TT are little expensive anymore. Almost rather do a motor home even if used. One thing Im just looking at TT and when you compared between like 3 different TT I was lost. Id stay with the one your showing.

The main living space in the outback blows this away.. Grand design did not put any thought at all for the tv. When we’re talking this kind of money having your TV sitting on the kitchen countertop , sized too small for the distance doesn’t make any sense.. how the outback did it makes perfect sense , how it can retract all the way up or down. And it’s also much larger . It’s like grand design did that as an afterthought. No pantry either ?

Hey Myles. I started looking into hybrid vehicles with decent towing capacities, and I happened upon the BMW X5 PHEV. 58 mpg (non-towing), with about 5,800 pounds of towing capacity. Now, most of my research has been on fifth wheels for full-time living, but this has me wondering: Are there any full-time capable travel trailers under 5,800 GVWR?

I have clients that full time in aluminum sided trailers under 3500lbs so it depends on what “full time capable” means to you and what you need to be comfortable. But there are dozens and dozens of RVs under 5,800lbs

@@JeremyLand from what I’ve heard during my shopping adventures Grand Design is one of the few that honors their warranty for full-time living. You may check on their website if that extends to the Imagine or other smaller TTs that may be towable with an SUV

I'm looking for lightweight bunk house options that are over 25ft in length. We have 4 kids plus us and are not in a position to upgrade our tow vehicle so we have Max tow weight of 7300# so anything we buy would have to be 5k and under in dry weight

I don’t know the sales price until I go into our computer system and create a sales proposal for one of my customers and see what my company will allow me to sell it for. And I don’t like to put pricing in these videos because pricing always changes but this video will stay on KZbin forever. So in a year or two from now when people are still watching this video but the pricing has changed, they don’t call me expecting the same price they saw in an old video. I learned that this year as I have taken hundreds of phone call from people that saw my 2021 videos that had sales prices in them expecting that to be the price in 2022.

This reflection travel trailer is built pretty much the same as the reflection fifth wheel. It depends on what fifth wheel and travel trailers you’re talking about. Different brands at different price points are built differently. But this here is built just like a similar reflection fifth wheel

Also, worth mentioning that weight is a big factor why many fifths may look like they go the extra mi vs a traveler (which want to most stick to less than 8K or 10K, but many fifths are happy to get well about 10K).

@@mylesrv most of the travel trailers I looked at were made of cheap tin ? and wood but the Tiffany rv and lux 5th wheels just seemed like they'd last although I liked the floor plan of the travel trailers better. I'm coming through Texas after I get back from vacation and want something to take around the country and have by the lake property when I'm home what would you recommend ?
