I am loving ACC so far! Big breath of fresh air from PC2 (which I did enjoy) but now feels absolutely terrible in comparison lol. Might want to change the view distance for opponents, or change how many can be seen on screen or mirror as your rear view is not showing cars when they are close. Also, if you build up that safety rating (SA in the top right) you will be able to join lobby’s that have a minimum of say 80. Another thing hiding away those other tracks is likely the track medals, go to practice offline or single race and pound some laps in. You needs to do say 4 or 5 CLEAN laps in a row in order to gain medals (I think). Lobby’s tend to have a minimum of medals for example. Aggressive setups are indeed the way to go and you don’t need to lift at Eau Rough or Blanchimont. Great to see you posting ACC and pushing on Ricky! :D

Jason Bartley happy to help. If you head to “my profile” from the menu you can see your track rating per track as 1, 2 or 3 stars. I’ve seen a lot of lobby’s that require all three so I just spent some time to go and drive each track until I got all 3 stars for each. When joining a multiplayer race and hitting the quick join function you won’t be able to join those races that could be considered cleaner because of the minimum requirements for TR and SA. Loving ACC as well as the video Rickey. This sim is coming into its own. Looks and feels great. Crew Chief just added support as well. Just wish they had better online support. I joined a ACC league with ESR simracing to get my fix of championship racing, but do enjoy a one-off online race now and then. They just need to keep improving like they are and add some content:Blancpain Asia/America; Better ranking/safety system, leagues

Ricky you probably know this by now, but the tyre pressures were a bit low, 27.2 - 28ish is good, seems to make a fairly big difference in this sim. All the cars leaving the pits are doing so likely due to having a crash and getting damage fixed. The Bentley is a very good car to use, very stable and well balanced. Itll take Eau Rouge flat. The lack of content seems like it should be a deal killer, and kept me away for quite a while, but it is actually one of the absolute best sims out there i reckon, some of the best online racing if you get the better ranked servers.

The cars still look too "floaty." But that's a small thing. Your videos, Ricky, have convinced me to take the plunge and start trying it out (ACC). I'm curious to see if (and if, how well) it works with TrackIR. I've really really really gotten to like PC2 with TrackIR. :-)

There is much to like in ACC. The laser scanned tracks, the good sounds, the great looking cockpits, the focus on a real racing series. My issues are performance on an admittedly ageing PC - I get half the framerate I get in PC2 and can't race 20 AI as the framerates are well below 40. The other issue I have is the physics - understeery and yet they will kill you. I don't feel I can push and drive these cars at the limit. The new tyres are better but most of your overtakes were due to people losing control.

Since the kerb update I like ACC, finally :) Best cars on average on Dry Build 1.0.7: Mercedes Lamborghini Bentley Ferrai Audi Worst cars on Dry so far: Honda NSX Nissan 2015 Aston McLaren On Wet Porsche, Lambo, BMW and Mercedes are on top. On the tracks where there is a need on a lot of downforce, Ferrari and Audi are a bit better than usual

Hey Ricky. How do you rate pcars2 gt3 cars with these? I must say that after tweaking a custom ffb file, pcars2 GT3 went from "meh" to one of my favourite classes. I finally understood why people drive them all the time.

@@RickyBroshRacing and I will watch it. Really like your style of driving though it is a bit different from mine. For instance, I hate the ferrari GT3 and GTE. I just can't drive them properly and the front especially is a bit meh and no ammount of tuning seems to get rid of the feeling. Love the Porsche and the McLaren though... and recently having a lot of fun with the Aston GT3 in PCars2. It is an older car but on fast circuits like these, it is borderline OP!

i really like the feeling of playing ACC, great atmosphere, graphics and sound details. All of the cars seems to be understeering hard in their original setups or maybe it's just a bad habbit from PC2 to overdrive the cars :)

The 488 is one of the fastest. I was watching one if the league races and the 488 set a crazy fast time at Silverstone. The huracan is near the top and so is the Audi. A lot of it depends on your driving style, oh yea the AMG is pretty tuff at certain tracks.

Just a question if anyone can answer but I'm running i7 16gb ram rtx2060 6gb GPU and running mid graphic setting and get max 65 fps ....Real low compared to ultra on PC2 at 90 + fps Game runs ok but wow low fps.... IS THIS NORMAL Love ACC so far though

It is very hungry, try turning down materials detail. 9900k and 2080ti and running on Ultra, I occasionally drop below 120 fps if I recall. Rain is way worse, for reference.

Finally I finally got my ffb feeling fucking fanatstic in pc2 so to anyone having issues with pc2 saying it doesnt feel good driving not even talking about ffb guess what turn it up more of the weight on the ffb and bam your turn ins feels much smoother not so shaky or jittery and the weighr feel of the car is actaully damn goos in this game so I take back what I said about not feeling attached the fdb is suoer important in this game for feel it really really is changed the whole feel of turning and everything

Advice: If you want to race different tracks. Join an open server on a track you like, and over quali people often join before the race starts. Also league racing is also a good way to go. The Chris Haye one is 3rd week in, all different tracks and conditions. rain heat, cold. Zolder in the rain is this monday at 8bst if you can join. discord.gg/E7YcU2w

They really messed up ACC for me, the game is near dead already due to no proper Matchmaking/Scheduled races. You were supposed to be the chosen one.

Thats the problem with acc, no proper schedule racing or proper profile. Like it still cant record your top lap times.. in a racing game.. really? I'm probably not playing until srs picks this up. Custom livery is still not implemented into the game, i know some users found the way but its janky af. I currently have played acc for 94 hours as recorded in steam but i cant force myself to try it now. Physics are top notch, graphics looks amazing, tracks are awesome too yet the core mechanic of competition is extremely limited. And when you said that there are only spa and monza servers im not surprised a bit, it's pathetic from user perspective, how hard is to go out of their comfort zone and try to learn more tracks? I knew this problem will exist if kunos did not force any system to variate track selection. Okay even if you love current server system for how long can you actually play 2 tracks? Overall got huge amount of fun from this sim but extremely disappointed in which direction this sim went in terms of online competition. Other than that i enjoyed your vid as always.

I understand your concern with lack of content mostly tracks, but what is the point of more content if online will still be mostly spa and monza? Kunos needs to implement some kind of way to force users, at least to try other tracks online otherwise its useless unless you play with bots which is very boring for me. Its like playing tennis against the wall.

You only find Monza and Spa lobbies because that's pretty much all the lobbies in the game lol. Barely anyone plays it due to all the problems and no matchmaking.

i mean PC2 may have better racing in your experience, but i wouldnt call ACC shit, especially since the physics and sounds are so much better compared to PC2.
