Kyle's Rainy Days was my favorite, the Shrek song is a close second. I can't remember the name of the song but the one you were really feeling in this video was pretty cool as well. I just thought it dragged a lot, could've been a lot shorter and the vocals bothered me a bit, kinda sounded like he was trying to hit notes out of his range thus making it sound a bit flat. But all in all it was a very cool song.

"Mare Tranquillitatis" is bringing the heat for the most part, but I'm getting a headache from the bassline, unfortunately. If it was an octave down, a bit more restrained on the runs, and had some breaks to it, it would go much better for me. I'm going with Kyle for this week. Solid catchy tune, and the chorus vibes really good & hard. Almost lost me on the bridge, too. The final chorus was a good payoff, though. Gotta sleep over it and tune back in here, when I've picked my vote.
@remy.martian2 жыл бұрын

oh shit... i do do that rhyme-before-it's-time rhyme thing often, like he does in this one (like that)... but technically speaking, he is a much better singer than me, and while you may not think it at first, the bass line in that song would be too hard for me to play with my high-functioning ADHD.
@groovefretboard2 жыл бұрын
The musicianship is amazing they just don’t have a great ability to write songs in a way that doesn’t have an obvious flaw in some way. Its either too redundant, bad vocals , bad lyrics. Not original. I like bands that don’t make me focus on some flaw the entire time. It just feels right and I can agree with it at every level. I’ll say Find A Way is good it’s just very cliche sounding. It shows you how the subtle details of music can make or break it. I’m not saying I’m perfect I’m learning from the good and bad to find a happy medium.
@Duckeggmike2 жыл бұрын
Kyles song was in second place for sure. I agree the bridge was a bit drawn out and didnt totally fit the vibe imo but everything else was giving me goosebumps.
