I've played ark alot usually if you try to unlock something that has something you need to unlock first it will just unlock all of the previous engrams too so I do think it's bugged

I think you really need to start getting into breeding dinos i watched a 100 day video by paper on this mod and the dinos were way stronger after getting imprinted
