I have the blue & white one and it's not brilliant. It's difficult to pull the sides open, you need a lot of strength and the handles keep coming off, and if you try to use it straight from the freezer, all the ice is stuck together and won't come out. You have to leave it to melt a bit before you can get a single ice cube out.

I use this everyday. I just run it under warm water for a second and then push on the side of it while on the counter to break the cubes. Works great for me.

Hi Sharon. Can you tell us where you have purchased your ICEBREAKER? We are just about to launch our product in the market, so it is not widely available yet. it might be a Chinese copycat product you have purchased since the handles keeps coming off and the ice is stuck together.

As the video explains, it won't open unless you unlatch the white stopper thing that keeps it from leaking and it also helps to give it a quick push in the middle on the flat side against a counter and/or run it real quick under hot or cold wayer. Stronger people can just pull it apart by brute strength but I can't. I have two I have been using these last two months... works great for me

i PAID 17 DOLLARS FOR THIS. THE CUBES STICK TOGETHER AND WONT POUR OUT THE TOP NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. If this works for you, tell me how you get the ice cubes to pour out. Mine are just stuck together and shaking and running it under warm water does nothing. My dollar store ice tray works better

You run cold or hot water for a second over it, or not, the put it on the counter and push the middle down ... Then open the white latch to kind of decompress then pull apart using the white handles... usually it opens for me just by opening the white flap and then pulling it apart... I love it... hope that helps... got mine on Amazon... no leaks or spills on floor or freezer as you transport it to freezer

I bought the icebreaker urban. Its useless. When you fill it with water it all just leaks out the bottom before you can freeze it. There is no rubber seal to hold the water in. Totally useless!!! What a waste of money. I am so disappointed!!!
