After the update I am able to play a continuous 60fps on maxed out settings on my midranger android phone. Really surprised and happy to see it with max blood, god rays, shadow details etc. Previously I had to play it on performance mode and low details for it to play consistently smoothly.

​@@Amogh0102 I think that ALU has downgraded its graphics on Android because of the great variety between prices, ranges, processors, gpus and others so it is more consistent, while on iPhone it has better graphics just because there are just a few models and are less different from each other.

The previous graphics patch fixed the majority of the performance issues on my Android phone, but it was still a bit meh on my Windows PC. I'll try the new update and edit this comment again. Btw nice video Amogh, but you could've made it clearer by specifying which one was Highest and Lowest graphics, especially in the Cairo segment, since both of them looked very similar to me...

First of all, thx the content my friend! I think this new settings just a "safety move" by Gameloft. They can't fix the graph issues on android 'cause this new engine is too strong for normal mobile. and they know this... So we got some new settings, and GL done this... Be honest: IF you want this game without any problems you must have a flagship gamer mobile (like Redmagic 9S Pro) or a gamer pc!

I use a pixel 6a, used to get 60fps high quality settings on a9. In ALU, it was super inconsistent so I had to switch to default and then performance. I now get 56fps consistently with high settings (not max)

I think this is a great option for players who have older, or lower end mobile devices (which I have a Samsung S6 Lite tablet which struggles a lot for only a 2 year device) as well as older PCs/Laptops. Also great video as always man 🎉

Android graphics are now more smooth. The tree shadow not rendering bug in the Tuscany track is fixed also the low fps bug in some turns in Paris tracks is fixed too. Also now we can have low bloom with default visual quality and depth of field which is great quality of life change as it makes the game more cinematic.

It's a really good update in terms of optimization and graphics but still , on android motion blur (the most needed setting) is missing and the shadow quality option doesn't even works in my device even at ultra settings ( my device has dimensity 7050) Tge last thing needed is that rendering distance still needs an improvement and the car headlights due to which unite was introduced dont even work in my mid-high end device

Yeah tbh, Motion blur esp on devices that run at 60fps, Can increase the sense of speed and the overall smoothness of the game. Without motion blur it kills the sense of speed for a lot of people.

So... Low graphics settings is a way to minimize that acid colors and horrible yellow light spamming in every single track. Of course, it's still 99999⁹⁸⁹⁹⁸²⁸ times worse than ultra low settings from Android version of A9, but it's something at least.

I used to play A9 in xiaomi pad 6 and it used to so smooth constant 60 frames but now with ALU it lags like hell and is locked around 40-45 frames... While in shockwaves or taking turns constant framedrops can be observed 😢

but im hearing from people that this update has bought more fps fluctuations and there is also input delay the lowest possible graphics doesn't get me even stable 100 fps and mp felt a lot more wacky, Amit will be reporting this.

Fluctuations occur when the game creates new cache files for reuse. It should become more stable in a few sessions. That usually fixes most games running using DX12 and Vulcan.
