Bhai himachal ko himachal hi rehne do yaar. Ye aajkal ek nayaa drama start ho gya hai "living in mountains", "pahadon me apna ghar" . Pahele "luxurious life" or "all facilities available" ke naam par delhi , mumbai jaise cities banaa diye ab aa gaye himachal jaise khoobsurat state ko barbaad karne "living in himalayas" ke naam par. Himachal ko delhi, mumbai mat banaao yaar. Or ye kon log hain jo is tarah se property bech rahe hain, article 118 ki dhajjiyaan udaa rahe ho. Ye band hona chaahiye , kisi bhi non himachali ko land ya house nahi milna chaahiye.

@@gocrow23it could be anywhere you have scout for properties that have less steep slopes. Only way to do that is actually going around looking for nice habitable places. Call the agents you know. It takes time find a nice place.

I don't know if you are aware or not but if you are nd still doing it along with encouraging others to live their then wait for the time until everything you built will be doomed, nd it's not a curse but a warning for you, but if you don't know it let me tell you what exactly you are doing is wrong. Firstly yoo mqny people are crowing the plqce with an ideology of pahado me apna ghar, they are hindering the locals culture and destroying the authenticity of the place turning it into metropolitan city. Second if you think after all the people started hqvung pahado me apna ghar will that remain as pahand? nature surruded with beautiful views? No right kyunki wahan bhi sab ped paudhe kat ke dheee dheere ghar bnte chale jayenge phir nature ki jagah ek dusre ke ghar me jhankna padega how people do it in cities. Amd now the most dangerous aspect of pahado me pana ghar, too many house will put load on nature(land, ecology, wildlife, water bodies) hence land slides, floods, decreasing of underground water level how it's happening in cities today, no rains and fresh air as tress will be chopped to build more house, increase in population will invite Vehicle that will lead to air and noise pollution which then start melting glaciers leading more heat in environment which then increase evaporation rate of water leading to water scarcity, and more wastage on gorund and water(plastics) making waters even more dirty and now to clean the water you need more fiteration process which needs electricity which again needs more water. This all will disturb the nature balance causing problems to every beings on the planet. Wild life will be impacted more, as to their habitat will be destroyed hence they will lead to human civilization causing more terror and havoc which will then lead to killig them, causing more eco damage. Yeh sab nuksaan hi karega. Aur sirf aap nahi aapke aise decisions ki wajah se sirf apko nahi sabko bugatna padega. Sunne me pada filmy lag rha hoga ki aisa thode na hoga bas dara rhi hu, toh meri nahi scientist ki maniye, khud news dekhiye ki aise jagahon pe kya ho rhaa hai ex:(uttrakhand). You have such a good platform to make peopel aware rather you try to put them on wrong direction. Please be aware.
