Since someone already spoiled the next mission for you and i already hinted at on how to approach that one, i'm just going to lay it all out here now.. (Thank the guys who spoiled it) If you where to craft the Medicare Packages, just make some notes on how much each one will cost you to craft.. It will be YAY cheeper to just buy them outright. That way you can also just focus on running around, keeping your dealers supplied and cooking your drugs when you need to. And just buy any Medicare Package you come across and store them at you "palace" until you are ready to ship them. DO NOT LET YOURSELF GET SCAMMED! Cheers man, you know i love these DDS videos :-)

about 1:00.00 in the port is a realy big fuelstore, direct on the docks, where your ship was

you can buy combat rations up in the jungel by the little hut with the influencer

buy a villa to put all of your stashes in or fill it up with stashes

I'm not going to throw any huge spoilers, but you might want to start walking towards the volcano already to jump in since you got some grinds ahead. I 1000% agree that the devs did not do a full playthrough (or even basic QA the game) past a certain point. Probably around the Jean mission and onwards. I got to the medical kit mission last week and stopped playing because I decided to look ahead to see what the rest of the missions are. It gets a bit more interesting in the grindy missions but it also gets significantly more annoying. But it's bad enough that I think most people who bought this game will never play it to the end. I don't mean to comment this to discourage you from continuing on. I do enjoy the content and will continue to watch. But I just want to warn you that the cartel missions are extremely grindy and not very well designed.
