So, Casey... if you are reading this, I would recommend that you be more vigilant with flossing than being adamant about never eating sugar again.

Juice is just as damaging as sugar for your teeth in fact it's even more damaging because juices are really acidic! It'snot what you eat but how often and how well you brush your teeth that's important. Clean teeth equals healthy teeth. Even 30 seconds of brushing a couple of times a day is better than going the entire day from morning to night between. If you haven't got 3 seconds after being at the toilet or after having lunch then the price is hours spent at the dentist and handing over several thousand dollars in bills or health insurance. It's that easy.. If running 1 miles in the morning is important then brushing for 30 seconds should also be a priority.

Yup yup so true I used to be really lazy with my dental hygiene until last year I finally went to the dentist and spent a few thousand dollars and went there once a week for a few months, now I am a total freak with being careful with my mouth and always rinsing out my mouth after eating or drinking, even if you don't have access to do a full brush after eating just doing a full rinse of your mouth will really help you out especially after drinking soda or something like that
