Two thing I do to help with my back pain. is to fill a bathtub with warm water. add some epson salt in it then soak in it for a while. Then the other thing to get a lacrosse ball. then put it on the area then the pain is in then roll it around on a wall.

actually, there are off road go cart tires that can fit on the one wheel, you need to find a shop to replace it though, adam savage did it to his as well as a couple others
