Hi, me again. My first comment was at Toronto Pearson Airport, on duty waiting for passengers. Got called in before I could finish watching your show. Back home now and finished the vid. Bike will be great I'm sure. It brings up some memories. Way back in the before time I had a 50 cc Honda Passport. It could run on goat piss and be happy. Ridiculously reliable. If memory serves, a fellow entered a 50 cc Passport in the Paris/ Dakar rally. He finished, very late, but passed some super modified cars forever stuck in some impossible natural trap, by picking up the bike on his back, and walked through the obstacle getting crazy gas mileage, while carrying fuel bladders, (2).

It's fun (and frustrating) to watch Brandon learn, and you from him. Don't worry about valve lash, it has nothing to do with whether it will idle. It's all about the carb.

In Fred's defense, my favorite go to "tools" would be duct tape, rtv and mechanics wire. Ruckus is a neat get around beastie. Take care of your wounds Aurial.
