If you return to Ork terrain later, may I suggest a Gargant/Stompa construction yard? Not fully complete Stompa forms, but frame works with partially finished feet, cranes lowering the boiler onto the hip plates, ladders and platforms for claimable terrain that represent what will eventually be the inside of the Stompa. I think this would make such an amazing kill team scenario, some elite commandos trying to place melta bombs and demo charges on an Ork super heavy before it can be completed, and then hopefully escape with their lives!

I'm planning a Orc Rok table/Fucking massive model depnding how you use it, and am working on a Eavy Landa 40k scale that i may have went too big already. it's 3 x 2, 1/2 x 1, 1/2 feet. (110cm x 88cm x 36cm) and can fit my bandblade/skullsmasha superheavy tank and more.

I'm running bully boyz and it's SO fun, for a melee oriented connoisseur like you could be key. 2 units of 20 ork boys with a painboy each, 2 of 5 meganobz with double chainsaws, 2 of 10 nobz with power claws and a warboss inside, two trukks and a battlewagon. Simple (and efective) as a rock.

Though for the bikes, speed cult could be interesting. Trukks full of boys, bikes, koptas and some of the buggies... That detachment isn't really that good, but ork people never do things for anything but for fun

I run a speed freeks list. Bikes 2 full sqauds, morkanaught with full sqaud of nobs boss attached. A couple buggies. I run mek on bike from legends tho ans a full dqaud of nobs on bikes all klawed out too. With the qe boys fastah rulw the nobs can disambark the morkanaut and still charger after a move. Makes for a big blob of can openers. Its not the most competitive list but it does ok.

A deffkilla wartrike or two and at least 12 deffkoptas all in the kult of speed detachment. If you are okay with legends, which I hope you are for the orks the most fun units are in legends, I would recommend running your immortan joe warboss on bike, your grot tanks and making a big mek on bike because he can take a shokk attack gun whilst on a bike!

If you don’t have a deff killa wartrike, get one as they are pretty strong. Another fun legends choice is a big mek on warbike, really fun for dread mob or kult of speed. Also the chinork kopta is good for kult of speed too. Good luck on the rest of ya gitz, happy orktober!

I didn't consider playing Orks until I saw some of their vehicle models and after seeing the Kult of Speed detachment it REALLY has me wanting to build an Ork army themed after the animated Hotwheels movies from the early 2000s

What would go well with the bikes would be a wartrike attached to them. You should try that next. Also, even though they are moved to legends, warboss, big mek, and painboy on warbikes would be nice. However, if you wish to stick to the 10th edition codex, buggies. There are lots of them, and the Mad Max style you are going with matches the spead freaks detatchment. I hope this helps! I like Deffkilla Wartrike as characters each one can be attached to a squad of Warbikers. When advancing with them, its an automatic 6 instead of rolling for it.

A Boomdakka Snazzwagon is a really fun unit and has a cool rule. It has a decent machine gun and the grenade keyword BUT, it makes it to where enemy units are worse at attacking if they are within 6 inches of the Snazzwagon.

Have a deffkilla wartrike leading one as a command unit and fill up the rest with 2/3 trukks, get some Boyz in each, maybe a snaggas squad with a beast boss and a battlewagon with 20 Boyz if that'll fit 🤣

I have to agree with many of the comments, Kult of Speed/ Speed Freaks. Pick the buggies you like (Squig Truck, Mad Max Racer, Jet Engine on Wheels) some Deffkoptas, and a Battawagon or two for some Boyz. Based on points, Flash Gitz to lay down fire from the backline, or Stormboyz and Mega Nobz to deep strike in a weakened area, or a Mork/Gork-anot if you desire. With a Mad Max vibe, Beastsnaggaz, as cool as they are, don't feel right, they aren't there with Diesel Punk enough.
