I've been in Bohol, Philippines for 2 months. The Philippines has been a perfect home for me, mostly due to the friendly Filipinos in the Philippines. Two months in Bohol, Philippines was incredible, but now it's time to move! Other Filipino islands and cities I've visited in the Philippines are Cebu, Manila, and Siargao.

The decision would be easier for me because I have family in Olongapo City, but my visits are usually limited to Olongapo City and Manila. Hey Jonathan, Let me teach you a good trick to do, so that you can tell if the egg is boiled(cooked) or fresh (raw). When you get a hold of an egg try to spin it in a flat surface - If it spins fast then it's cooked, if it can barely spin comparable to the effort you put then it's raw(fresh) because the yolk tends to move towards the shell side. It is beautiful! It doesn’t seem crowded because everyone was on tours at that time.. it’s definitely touristy in the town, but the tours are amazing and I found a few quiet places outside of the town to stay, so you can have the best of both worlds. Definitely worth it to see these islands!

Excited for the Palawan content. El Nido & Coron are some of the most beautiful parts of the country, but know that they're not all Palawan has to offer. Do your research, there's lots of relatively unknown spots you can explore around that big Island.

Night Life in El Nido is awesome too. We were there back in early 2020 three weeks before the entire world shut down. Now we are back in Canada. Omg! We miss the Philippines. Btw, go to Pops District at night... that's their other entertainment district on the other side of the main town (10-15 mins by a tricycle/tuk-tuk). You'll pass that on the way to the Sunset Viewing Points, such as the Las Cabanas Beach or the other end of Corong- Corong beach. Have fun with your stay there and good luck! :)

You should have gone to experience SINULOG festival in Cebu before flying on to El Nido. DINAGYANG festival is coming up in ILOILO City on the 21-22 though. These are 2 major annual festivals in the country.

Palawan is more expensive than Bohol. The price is worth it though, and is still more affordable as compared to Carribean and Florida.

Flown drones for 6 year mostly DJIs, if you flew close on huge chunks of rocks, mountains, hill (magnetic) your drone will go crazy. Especially if your drone is on GPS mode.

the islands are incredible around here! The town itself is definitely a tourist town, but the surrounding areas are unbelievable! I've been filming like crazy, day trips to surrounding beaches and the island tour.. I found little bungalows on an isolated beach... I love it around here! Plenty of videos coming soon!
