All lakes should have public launches like we have at ingalls harbor. You could put in 6 boats a time, and plenty of parking. Plus theres an ic machine right there and multiple hotels. Decatur did right there

I’m new to fishing What line do you use for your dropshots?

I use braid line to fluorocarbon line “leader”. A basic drop shot setup would be 10lb Seaguar Smackdown to 8lb Seaguar Invisx… and I tie an FG knot to connect the lines but a uni to uni knot is an easier knot to start with. You can use straight fluorocarbon only (without braid) but you’ll end up getting a lot of line twist.
