Excellent set up Wally and just what this expedition needs. I will be interested in your results to see if you record phenomena suck as a wobbling Sun and stated by Antonio Subirats years ago or if the Sun follows a perfect curve as predicted by a revolving Earth. For sure there will be a 24 hour hour Sun and I think your prediction will be correct but I am not sure what your conclusion will be from this experiment.

I think that someone should make a model of the flat earth on the globe, with a way to mount a camera. It would have a latitude axis, with a latitude axis, with an azimuth axis, with an altitude axis, and a scale around each axis. It should have a rotating longitude scale and other scales for astronomical coordinates, and an axis for the ecliptic, with the sun.
