Speedometer is fine, but due to the low air pressure in Tyres, the circumference has reduced. And hence the different in speed compared to mobile. Once the tyres have proper pressure, your meters will match.

Mohit, there are windshield cracks repair kits available. Using that you can fix and prevent crack from spreading. Very easy to do.

If possible, don't sell your Van. It will be a great asset to your future Road travel vlogs in different parts of Canada. The road travel vlog series, especially the first ones, which were really raw, were one your best vlogs to watch. So if possible, please retain your RV. The new ones will be really expensive to buy.
