You can renovate your Newhouse and make it nice, it’s good to have a dirty kitchen, so that your indoor kitchen will remain clean. Just Cupid the outside kitchen so that when you cook or fry fish it will not smell inside your house, maamoy ang isda, kaya mabuti sa labas magluto at tinatawag na dirty kitchen.

We lived in a city for almost 8 years and when my husband had to transfer to a new job, we had to leave within two weeks and I cried and cried, however, not much about the house but the community. Nice to own a house , just slowly needed repair, renovation like putting ceilings screen for mosquitoes and extension for kitchen inside the house for gas stove. Nice to have a guard dog, and if you travel maybe a close neighbors can feed the dog. For me guard dog is needed
