Probably Roaming Flank + Attacking Fullback. Or Prolific Winger + Fullback Finisher. Together, one will make an overlapping run while the other goes inside, this will make it hard for opponent defenders. 4231 or 433 for balance, 4213 or 4123 for attack and 442 or even 523 for defense + counter attack.
