@@burgunbeerd at least the battery life is surprisingly strong for something so small. Even so, the lack of screen makes that difficult to track accurately.

The receiver of the WEC-S supports drawing power from the camera. The receiver has its own battery, which automatically draws power from the camera according to its own power

Hi, great video, on my sony ZVE1 the reciever has blue led so indicates stereo, but on camera boometer only shows 1 audio level and 2 nop why? What i missing configuration

2 nop? You’ll only see one side if you’re only using one mic in stereo mode. Mono mode will feed the one mic into both channels. Stereo puts each mic on a separate track.

There is no monitoring interface on the WEC-S receiver, so if you need to listen, you can consider Godox magic xt1, which is a very good product。

@@Webrisernl no this is just a Sony product specifically. There is a more generic version of this that just plugs into the mic jack as well

2mins in and I am skipping this, no mic in on the transmitters. Maybe they will make one with mic in and internal recording soon. Nice video though, Wes.

@@quagmire321able their Virso has a mic in and a micro SD slot for internal recording. I didn’t care for it, though. Found it too bulky and the audio quality through the shoe wasn’t great for me for some reason 🤔
