Jisoo is just a unique individual. Her look, her voice, her talent, her personality. She's a prime example of people who take crap from haters for absolutely no reason. Great reaction(s). ;) Some performances transcend just the song and stage - Queen's Live Aid performance at Wembley Stadium comes to mind - and this does that. The song, the performer, her look, her voice, her calmness, the stage, the crowd, it all comes together to create something greater than it's individual parts, and it's just wonderful.

Jisoo sung this in Japanese(of course), in front of a Japanese audience just before Chistmas. Jisoo started singing and 55000 people got VERY VERY QUIET. Mika Nakashima’s ‘Yuki No Hana‘ is an extremely popular song in Japan. Even now, more than 18 years after it was first releaed. And the lyric video was just this performance.

I actually think she sings differently when she is singing in Japanese than when she sings in Korean. Check out some of the Japanese versions of their songs and do a comparison. I think you will hear it.

Jisoo has always been my favorite and when I heard this for the first time I fell in love with her voice. Her voice is so unique and she has good range, from her lower (husky) register to the high notes. Clean, crisp, clear and beautiful. Her performance is confident and it is obvious she enjoys entertaining the Blinks, which I became during the pandemic when I discovered Blackpink on KZbin. Thank you for your honest reaction.
