Lake fed by glacier water contains "rock flour" which is essentially fine sediment ground up by the heavy glacier on the bedrock. This rock flour is light, stays suspended in the glacier meltwater. The natural absorption and scattering of light by this solution gives the glacier meltwater a turqoise blue color. Different temperatures can support algae growth and that can turn some lake water green.

As per my knowledge both sea and glacier lake water looks blue because water absorbs every other color of light from the sunlight but only reflects less wavelength light i.e. blue light (known as Rayleigh scattering). Still the minerals in glacier have some contribution for such color as well.🌊
