As you have the car, you must visit Bluff, 45 mins drive from Invercargill. Also visit Glenorchy from Queenstown. Go to Milford Sound. Take the first ferry. Its winter now in NZ. So Dolphins will guide the ferry towards Mitre Peak in Milford Sound. Enjoy the beauty.

Food preperation: keep premixed Rice and daal 1:1, chopped veg, first fry veg with jeera, ginger garlic paste, onion, add garam masala and salt lastly add water and rice give 2 whistles in pressure cooker and have it with pickle and roasted papad... You add boiled egg or fried meat as well

Nice dinner…try using grated cheese instead of processed stuff you did & substitute fertiliser fuelled Chinese garlic with NZ grown one, healthier options may cost a bit more but when you are travelling for a living , diet can have a cumulative effect over the years.

Deepanshu bhai, pls use small cooker. You can make daal / raajma + rice in cooker very quickly. You can check some cooking videos of dal in cooker. I make it often when i m travelling. Less vessels,less time N efficient
