I'm hoping when these finaly release that my precision power cut in kit with using cicada chx69s will fit with the sub as they aren't near as big of speaker magnets or depth as some but they are a little larger than the hertz 6x9 neos. Can't wait for your review so I can order 1 from you

No, it is all but impossible to maintain the quality of installation and experience to our customers that we maintain in a rally environment. We would have to bring in outside installers and we do not think it would be in our best interest or yours. We spend a lot of our year fixing Harley’s that got rally installs from other vendors

How does a ported enclosure work inside a seal container? I know you will still get low end. It just seems weird.

This enclosure is not ported but uses a passive radiator, the bag will be ported with an include port system that goes with the enclosure

I have a 19 cvo. I had to use a ring to make a 6x9 work lid. It’s a cicada 6x9. Would these sub enclosures work with that 6x9 because it does go deeper in the bag than say Hertz Rockford etc.

I just did the A2B 4 speaker and amp upgrade to my 24 CVO ST. I used the Harley lids. Will these subs fit having done that? Will the A2B interface I installed have that sub control capability????

Hello Volunteer Audio, I called earlier today and you guys were busy with other customers. Unfortunately I could not wait due to moving around also. I have a long question: I have a Sony XAVAV7000 head unit and RF speakers in my 2017 Road Glide. I also have the RF cut in kit in the saddle bag lids for the RF 6X9 speakers. I want to replace all of the speakers on my bike. Will the HERTZ 6X9 work with the RF cut in kit I already have installed? Or will I need to purchase more RF speakers? If I am keeping the Sony head unit. What speakers would you recommend for my 4 speaker system? Do I need to add an amp? And if yes, do you have a pre-wired and set up amp compatible with the Sony head unit? Thank you for any reply, I did not see an email for your company or I would have sent this via email.

This is easier through a call, yes you can mount hertz speakers in Rockford cut kits but you will need to modify the cut kit mounting flange, no we do not sell plug n play amps around the Sony 7000 because our Amps far outlast the Sony radio and we recommend the Soundstream reserve radios

@@FernandoLeonard-n3b we stopped selling the precision power sub because the last batches had problems with amp failures, we took care of our customers and stopped selling them. This is a much better solution

13-down bags have a poorly designed latch system in the lids that does not seal well, I would suggest upgrading your bags to the 14-up style, much better latch design and then the newer drop ins will fit. There may eventually be a 13-down version but the more popular drop ins will be built first
